Kheerganga is located near Kasol. We decided that we want to travel to Kheerganga. the day we decided was amazing too. it was on 31st December 2018. The beginning of a  new year was going to be amazing.  Kheerganga is located in Himachal Pradesh near Kasol. we took an overnight bus from Delhi to Bhuntar. you catch Volvo from Delhi from Majnu ka Tila, or from Rama Krishna Ashram Metro station or from Himsuta bus from ISBT bus station. one can self-drive too. After reaching Bhuntar We took a taxi from Bhntar to Kasol which took around 1000 rs. after reaching Kasol we walked to Challal which was a small village near Kasol. we roam around with our luggage and found ourselves in one room for 3 days.  then for kheerganga you have to take a cab to barsaini and from barsaini it is a one day trek till Kheerganga. we did one small trek from Chalal to Rasol too. it was just a few hour's journey from Chalal to another village of Rasol. It was an impulsive decision and i knew it was going to be one of those good decisions when u don't think and just do...so was this trek. I had done Kedarkantha before so this one was one of easier trek, at least i thought so before booking it on 12 just to leave on 15th and an incredible journey started from Gujarat to Uttarakhand... What can i say i am an impulsive person... either i think too much or not at all...there is no in between...it’s like all or none law for me... Sometimes it turns out disaster and sometimes it gives me immense happiness like this one... So journey started from Ahmedabad to Delhi by flight and Delhi to hardware via train and we reach Haridwar 7.30 am and vehicle was arranged to take us to Sari a small village from where we were going to start trekking from next day...On the way from Haridwar to Sari we saw Devprayag where   there is   a confluence of river Alaknanda and Bhagirathi to from River Ganga and you can see two shades of greens merge...
